Joanne L. Parise, Attorney

Joanne L. Parise is an Associate Attorney at Creenan & Baczkowski.  Ms. Parise's practice includes a broad range of civil litigation, including construction and commercial litigation.  Ms. Parise's practice also includes Orphans' Court litigation and counseling clients on real estate and business law.

Ms. Parise is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law (‘20).  While Ms. Parise was a student in Duquesne Law's Evening Division, she worked as a paralegal at the firm.  While in law school, Ms. Parise represented clients as a student attorney in the Unemployment Compensation Clinic, served as Resource Manager for the Duquesne Law Review, served as the Evening Division vice president of the Student Bar Association, worked as a research assistant, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy program.  Ms. Parise received CALI awards in Contracts, Constitutional Law, Property, Evidence, Conflict of Laws, PA Civil Procedure, and Core/Applied Competencies.  Ms. Parise graduated summa cum laude and received the Distinguished Student Award.

Ms. Parise received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Point Park University in Broadcast Reporting. 

Ms. Parise also volunteers as a firefighter with the Rosedale Volunteer Fire Department in Penn Hills.
