On Tuesday, October 29, 2013, Jim Creenan participated in the third of three statewide hearings conducted by the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee.  Jim served as one of the Chairs of the Civil Legal Justice Coalition and provided testimony at the hearing related to whether low-income Pennsylvanians have adequate access to civil legal representation.
