The 41st Annual Westmoreland County Community Prayer Breakfast was held on January 29, 2016.  The yearly forum gathers representatives from local businesses, education, government, and labor sectors.  Jim Creenan, Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board, make opening remarks.
